1. Delete Your Fyoody Account
 

You can request deletion of your Fyoody customer account through the Fyoody mobile app:

Profile → Account Settings → Delete my account

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@nexasourcetechnologies.in from the email address associated with your account. Include:

- Your registered mobile number with country code
- Your request to delete the Fyoody account
- A contact email address

For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the phone number through OTP or another reasonable verification method before processing the request.
 

2. What happens after you request deletion
 

- Your account access is deactivated immediately.
- Permanent deletion is scheduled after 7 days.
- You cannot log in or sign up using the same phone number during the 7-day period.
- If the request was made by mistake, email support@nexasourcetechnologies.in within 7 days.
- Customer profile data, saved addresses, preferences, favourites, device tokens, and eligible personal data are deleted or anonymized after the deletion period.
- Some transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained or anonymized as required.
