At Nexasource Technologies (hereinafter referred to as "Nexasource Technologies PVT ", "Fyoody", "we", "us", or "our"), we value the trust you place in us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, disclose, store, and safeguard your personal and business information when you use our mobile application (Fyoody), website (www.fyoody.com), or associated merchant & driver services.

 

By accessing or using Fyoody, registering a customer, merchant or driver profile, or using our services, you expressly agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of your information in accordance with these terms.

 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal and operational data to provide, optimize, and secure our food ordering, delivery, and merchant services.

 

A. Information You Provide to Us directly

  • Account Registration Details: Name, email address, mobile phone number, password, delivery address, and profile details.

  • Merchant & Business Verification Data: For restaurant partners and drivers, we collect business entity name, store location, legal representative identity documents, food safety/FSSAI certificates, business licenses, vehicle details and tax registration identifiers (e.g., GSTIN, vehicle RC copy).

  • Financial & Settlement Data: Bank account numbers, account holder names, IFSC/routing codes, cancelled cheque copies, and payout preferences necessary to process payment settlements for food orders.

  • Communication & Support Logs: Feedback, reviews, support tickets, chat logs, or correspondence sent to our customer/merchant/driver support channels.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, network provider, and app usage performance logs.

  • Location Information: Real-time precise or approximate location collected via GPS, Bluetooth, or IP address to optimize merchant listing visibility, facilitate order delivery, and verify store operational presence.

  • Transaction History: Order history, item preferences, order value, payment statuses, and preparation time metrics.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Nexasource Technologies uses the information collected via Fyoody for the following legitimate business purposes:

 

  • Platform Operations: To process online food orders, coordinate dispatch with delivery partners, manage merchant listings, and calculate order payouts.

  • Account Verification: To verify the identity and authenticity of merchant businesses, food safety compliance, and account ownership.

  • Payouts & Financial Settlements: To process merchant order revenues, process refunds, calculate commission deductions, and generate tax invoices.

  • Communication & Notifications: To send real-time order updates, account security notifications, promotional alerts, and customer service messages.

  • Safety & Security: To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, abusive activity, or security incidents across the Fyoody network.

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To adhere to statutory tax reporting, food licensing mandates, auditing guidelines, and lawful government directives.

 

3. DISCLOSURE & SHARING OF INFORMATION

Nexasource Technologies does not sell, rent, or lease your personal or business data to third-party marketers. We share your information only under the following strictly defined conditions:

 

  • Customer-Facing Public Profile: Merchant business details (Restaurant Name, Menu items, Food License numbers, operational hours, and customer ratings) are made public on the Fyoody customer platform.

  • Delivery & Logistics Partners: Essential order details (pickup address, item manifest, and recipient contact) are shared with logistics personnel to fulfill delivery requests.

  • Third-Party Payment Gateways: Financial and transaction metadata are shared with PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners to authorize payments and transfer merchant payouts.

  • Affiliates & Group Companies: We may share information with entities owned or operated by Nexasource Technologies for internal administrative and service improvement purposes.

  • Legal Obligations & Law Enforcement: We may disclose data if required by applicable court orders, regulatory agencies, tax authorities, or legal processes.

 

4. DATA SECURITY & STORAGE

  • Security Protocols: Nexasource Technologies implements robust administrative, technical, and physical security controls (including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS/HTTPS protocols for data in transit) to protect personal and financial details against unauthorized access or alteration.

  • Financial Security: Sensitive bank details and transactional records are restricted exclusively to authorized financial systems and personnel.

  • Data Retention: We retain driver, merchant and user data for as long as your Fyoody account remains active or as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping statutes.

 

5. YOUR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT CONTROL

  • Updating Information: You can view, edit, or update your personal or business details directly through your Fyoody app account settings.

  • Marketing Opt-Out: You can opt out of non-essential promotional SMS and email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions or adjusting your app notification preferences.

  • Account Deletion & Data Removal: You may request account termination and deletion of your data by contacting our support team at supoort@nexasourcetechnologies.in. Please note that certain transactional, tax, and food safety compliance logs may be retained as mandated by law.​

The Fyoody application may contain links to external third-party websites or services. Nexasource Technologies is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data collection policies of such external websites.

 

7. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Nexasource Technologies reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological changes, business operational updates, or legal compliance mandates. Any material updates will be communicated through the Fyoody platform or via email prior to becoming effective.
